Report of the Eighth Meeting of Scientific Working Group on Neritic Tunas Stock Assessment in the Southeast Asian Waters

Abstract

The Eighth Meeting of the Scientific Working Group (SWG) on Neritic Tunas Stock Assessment in the Southeast Asian Waters was organized by SEAFDEC/MFRDMD via Google Meet webinar on 22 August 2024. The meeting was attended by the representatives from Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, and Viet Nam; as well as resource persons from Japan; the representatives from SEAFDEC Secretariat and SEAFDEC/TD; observers from University of Hokkaido Japan, Fisheries Research Institute in Bintawa, Sarawak, and Department of Fisheries, Sabah; Chief, Deputy Chief, and Officials from SEAFDEC/MFRDMD.
